1. Information We Collect & Scope

Jayesh Forge operates strictly as a Business-to-Business (B2B) precision forging manufacturer. We collect professional contact information (name, corporate email address, telephone number, job title, company name, GST/VAT number, and shipping address) required to evaluate RFQs and execute commercial forging orders.
We do not collect sensitive personal financial data or personal consumer banking information on our public website.
Technical engineering data, CAD models (.STEP, .IGES, .DWG), material specifications, and proprietary part dimensions submitted through our RFQ forms are treated as strictly confidential commercial information.

All proprietary engineering drawings, 3D CAD files, and metallurgical specifications shared with Jayesh Forge are protected under strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA).
Your technical drawings are accessed exclusively by our internal forging design engineers, metallurgists, and tooling estimation team for cost estimation and manufacturing feasibility analysis.
We never share, license, or sell customer part drawings, tooling designs, or die geometries to third parties, competing OEMs, or unauthorized vendors.

To process, calculate, and transmit accurate commercial engineering quotations within our promised 4-hour SLA.
To manufacture, heat treat, inspect, and ship ordered forged components, and issue EN 10204 3.1 Mill Test Certificates (MTC).
To send essential order tracking updates, dispatch notices, invoicing details, and technical material compliance documents.
To maintain internal quality audit trails required under our ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949 quality management system guidelines.

All data transmissions through the Jayesh Forge website (https://jayeshforge.com) are encrypted using 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL/TLS) protocols.
Engineering CAD files and order archives are stored in isolated, access-controlled cloud infrastructure protected by enterprise firewalls and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
Data retention strictly complies with statutory Indian commercial law and international ISO record retention guidelines for traceable manufacturing inspection logs.

You have the right to request a summary of corporate contact data stored in our CRM system.
You may request the immediate deletion or anonymization of non-transactional contact data when your project or quotation evaluation concludes.
