International Quality Certifications
Audited and accredited for automotive Tier-1 supply chains, pressure vessels, and heavy engineering exports.
Design, open die forging, closed die forging, and precision finishing of carbon, alloy, and stainless steel components.
Automotive quality management system for powertrain components, steering knuckles, stub axles, and transmission flanges.
Annex I, Section 4.3 approval as certified material manufacturer for high pressure piping flanges and pressure vessels.
Full chemical analysis, tensile testing, Charpy V-notch impact, and heat treatment batch inspection traceability.
6-Stage Inspection & Testing Protocol
Every forging passes through six mandatory quality gates before final EN 10204 3.1 MTC certification.
Raw Billet Spectrochemical Verification
Each incoming steel heat lot is sampled and tested on an Optical Emission Spectrometer to verify elemental chemistry (C, Mn, Si, Cr, Ni, Mo, V) against ASTM/DIN specifications before cutting.
Controlled Induction Heating with Pyrometry
Billets pass through automated induction heating coils equipped with dual-wavelength optical pyrometers, ensuring uniform forge temperature (1150°C – 1220°C) with scale loss kept below 0.8%.
Controlled Forging & Ring Grain Alignment
Friction screw presses, hammers, and radial-axial ring rolling mills work metal under severe plastic deformation to achieve continuous tangential grain flow.
Controlled Microstructure Heat Treatment
In-house normalizing, solution annealing, and quench-and-temper furnaces with multi-point SCADA logging ensure uniform metallurgical phase transformation and required mechanical strength.
100% UT & MPI Nondestructive Inspection
Every forging undergoes 100% Ultrasonic Testing (UT Level II) conforming to ASTM A388 / EN 10228 to detect internal voids, seams, or inclusions, complemented by Magnetic Particle Inspection.
Turnkey Precision Machining & CMM Verification
Finish precision turning and 4-axis VMC milling checked against CAD drawings on 3D Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) before EN 10204 3.1 MTC dispatch.
The 5S Manufacturing Methodology
The 5S methodology is a workplace organization system implemented across our forge shop, heat treatment bays, and precision machining lines to create a clean, safe, zero-defect, and highly efficient manufacturing workspace.
Sort
Remove all unnecessary items from the workspace and keep only what is needed for forging & machining.
Set in Order
Arrange the remaining items logically so die sets, fixtures, and tools are easy to find, use, and put away.
Shine
Clean the work area and equipment regularly to prevent damage, maintain press calibration, and ensure safety.
Standardize
Create consistent rules, SOPs, and visual management procedures for the first three steps across all shifts.
Sustain
Make these operational habits a regular, long-term part of daily work routines and continuous Kaizen audits.
EN 10204 Type 3.1 Mill Test Certificates Dispatched with Every Heat Lot
Includes 100% Spectrochemical composition analysis, Tensile & Yield strength, Charpy impact toughness, Hardness values (HB/HRC), and Level II Ultrasonic Inspection reports.
